#5 - Money (This is when you know that you have grown up in your parents eyes. No longer do they feel the need to be creative or really even give a damn about you unwrapping anything Christmas morn. In the end you prob would return whatever they got you anyways...)

#4 - WWF Superslam Wrestling Ring (This was the must have item for me that year. I asked my mom over & over to get it for me. So then Christmas morning came and I ran downstairs as I always did, ready to rip through my gifts before anyone else had a chance to tell me otherwise. I get to the end of unwrapping my gifts and nothing. My little heart was crushed. Then it happened. My mom said she "thought" she had seen another gift somewhere in the house (with no name on it). My heart began to race! She brought in this huge box & I knew it could only be one thing...One of the best Christmases ever...)

#3 - Nintentdo NES (This was when me and my cousins were still young enough to look forward to the Christmas season. All of our parents got us the usuals...(socks, PJ's, educational crap, etc.) But then it was time for Grandmama to unleash her annual holiday cheer. Matching NES systems...what's better than that?)

#2 - Sega Genesis (Well if I thought my Gammy(word to Btizzle) out did herself with the NES systems, boy was I wrong. 3 Sega Genisis would soon follow years later. Non stop Shaq-Fu & Street Fighter would rule my existence for the time being)

#1 - Air Jordan XI 2001 (This was the 1st Christmas I had a job and could afford to buy my own gift, that I would truly appreciate. From that moment on, I would never depend nor expect anything from anyone else.)

Pepsi Proper, Pepsi’s multi-city specialty retail pop-up tour, is planting its flag in New York City this Saturday (12.20.2008). Building off of the success of last week’s event in Los Angeles that featured retail heavyweight Union Los Angeles and hip-hop super group The Clipse, the tour’s New York City stop this Saturday is packed with a stellar list of brands and ultra-exclusive retail giants. From a brand and retail perspective, Absurd, COMMONWEALTH, Cubannie Links, Fruition, Hellz, Orchard Street, Rockport Established 1971, Violette, SSUR and Staple are all on board. Providing the entertainment, musical acts will include DJ Neil Armstrong (Jay-Z’s official tour DJ), DJ Mick Boogie, DJ Jus Ske, DJ Eleven and DJ Eli Escobar. As mentioned the event takes place Saturday, December 20th at the Open House from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm for the pop-up store while the musical acts will take stage between 9:00 pm and 12:00 am (ages 21 and up).
